Step 1
Social workers, or a representative from the Local Authority, can contact us directly to discuss the needs of a child / young person
Step 2
We will send you our statement of purpose, risk assessment and referral form
Step 3
We will triage the referral and advise whether the child meets our criteria (e.g. age, need base etc) and consider an appropriate placement / home
Step 4
A telephone consultation will be held between the social worker and either our Director or our Safeguard lead. Here we will discuss placement outcome / intervention level and placement fees
Step 5
We will work closely with all parties involved to arrange a matching meeting / house viewing with the child / young person
Step 6
After admission we will support the child to settle in and ensure their needs are met
Step 7
Ongoing review and assessment will continue throughout the placement
