Appropriate for young people aged 16+

This package supports young people preparing for leaving care and developing independent living skills.

• Solo occupancy placement with experienced, consistent staff

• 24/7 1:1 support from a dedicated support work practitioner

• Private, top-floor double bedroom with flat-screen TV

• Child-centred, trauma-informed support

• Individualised independent living plan

• Generous monthly activity allowance

• Weekly pocket money

• Incentive-based rewards

• Targeted CSE and CCE exploitation support, where required

Short-term / Emergency Support

Appropriate for children aged 14+

​

This package is suitable for 28+ day placements, including emergency or interim arrangements while longer-term plans are identified.

• 28+ day placements for children aged 14+

• 24/7 1:1 or 2:1 support, based on assessed need

• Solo-occupancy placement with experienced staff

• Private, top-floor double bedroom with flat-screen TV

• Child-centred, trauma-informed support

• Generous monthly activity allowance

• Weekly pocket money

• Monthly clothing allowance

• Support to and from family contact and health appointments

• Incentive-based rewards
